Free Lesson Friday Presented by Chevron is a series of free golf clinics hosted by National Links Trust at Langston Golf Course and East Potomac Golf Links. Free full swing, chipping, and putting instruction is taught by PlayDCGolf Academy instructors to golfers of all ages at no cost. In addition to this, there are golf games and food available for purchase.

Registration is not required, but encouraged. Thank you!

Join us at the historic Langston Golf Course (2600 Benning Road, NE, Washington, DC 20002) for our first Free Lesson Friday of the year. This free event is designed to introduce people of all ages to the great game of golf. The two-hour event will feature free golf instruction for youth and adults, games, drinks for sale, and contests!

• Parking is free. Please reference the map for details on where to park and how to get to the Free Instruction Friday location at the Langston Golf Course short game practice facility.

• All attendees should check in at the registration tent before participating in any activities.

• Equipment will be provided for free.

• It is recommended participants wear sneakers or closed-toe shoes for safety.

• Alternative transportation options are recommended. Both the DC Street Car and X2 bus line have stops outside the main entrance to the golf course at Benning Road NE and 26th St. NE.
